I search for Moses (Cloud) with Angel of the Winds. Is Angel of the Winds negated or is the ability unable to be targeted once it enters deck since Moses targets in play abilities?

FWIW, the precedent was set way back in 2006, when Seven Sons of Sceva was able to fetch KoT without KoT affecting his ability to do so.

I haven't played in two years so I couldn't remember. I really should since versions of this play are the only offense I played for like 3 years.
