Is the shuffle on "a new beginning (fom)" considered harming characters in territory?

Harm means:

   - Targeted by a card of opposite alignment (good cards always harm evil cards and vice versa)
   - Your good or evil card is targeted by an opponent's neutral card

ANB therefore harms evil cards.
If creation sings Your praises so will I
If You gave Your life to love them so will I

That said, in the case of ANB they're usually out of play by the time they would have a chance to trigger any abilities that activate when harmed.
ANB is good. Change my mind.

Oh I assure you that Cnakeeyes had much more nefarious plans than triggering characters like Ham...  ;)

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Yea, I was trying to make Noah's ark work. The negate on a new beginning would default to in play so the protect on ark would work through it (plays to set aside), but it doesn't.
