Cooperative Format Thinktank!!!

I have never heard of this concept till a few minutes ago. Never even had this as a semi (not total) 'concept name' for DnD when it was launched in the late 70's.

Can we do this for Redemption at all? I think so! I pray and declare our Redemption geniuses invent this category soon for one of our Redemption legends (anonymous) to enjoy & start playing d game again. Shud this future category be launched one day in Redemption, u cud see this old man play it till his last breath....

Per My Research:
"Cooperative games—often called "co-op"—are multiplayer games where players work together as a team to achieve a common goal rather than competing against each other. The group either wins or loses as a single entity, emphasizing camaraderie, shared strategy, and pooled resources over individual achievement.

Unlike traditional games where players try to beat one another, co-op games are usually structured as "players versus the game"."

I don't need to be "anonymous" even if I am "infamous." and I certainly am not a "legend," but maybe more of a "nuisance."  ;)

For those who have already heard about cooperative games, I was trying to explain the idea of having a stand alone cooperative game that uses Redemption cards. In my opinion, I think Disney Lorcana did this very well with the "Illumineer's Quest" product. The idea is to create a special deck for a universal antagonist that several players join forces against. The deck would have special rules and an autonomous game mechanic so that no additional human has to be playing against the others. The special deck could be a separately sold product or perhaps even a print-n-play download.

This would not be a separate category for tournaments, but rather an alternative for families that are not interested in competitive play. Just food for thought.  :)

I think this is a great idea.  Co-op games are been really popular for a long time now.  They hit mainstream with "Shadows Over Camelot" and "Pandemic" decades ago.  But they keep coming out each year, and many players prefer working together with their playgroup to trying to defeat them.

I think it would be possible to create such a game using Redemption cards, and would be willing to help out with designing such a project.

So excited about this concept! Praying and declaring ideas be formed into a playtest design soon!
