A stack of questions

Shalom friends :)

I've got a a lot of questions for you:
1. Are Giants considered to be human?
2. Unless specifically stated are angels considered male?
3. Does a site that I use on a hero to give it site access a) go back into territory or stay upon the hero after a rescue? b) still convert to a character (Babylon/The Harlot)
4. If I place a LS in a site can I still convert the site to a character (Babylon/The Harlot)? If so can I only do it if it's empty?
5. The NJ Dom doesn't negate the LS like SoG does, correct?
6. How should the following situation be resolved? - My opponent blocked. He played Love of Money which allows him to use enh's from all brigades. I negate and dc LoM. He wants to play an interrupt that is of a brigade he can only use because of LoM. That enh underdecks my hero.
7. If a Fortress like Tartaros is negated what happens to the cards stored in that site?
8. If my opponent removes the card that allowed for the banding from the field of battle (dc, td, etc) the character that was banded in stay, correct?
9. Isaiah's call puts Isaiah "in play". Does that mean he can enter into the current battle if used during battle? The field of battle is part of "in play" after all isn't it?
10. If I play an enh that allows me to exchange my card the enh's already on that character get transferred to the new one given he has the same brigade correct? Example: I play "Winds".
11. Also if I exchange a card the SA of the new card is triggered as well isn't it?
12. I am allowed to have Michael and Michael, the Archangel in the same deck but can only have one of them in play at the same time correct?
13. REG: Can someone clarify what a) "An Enhancement with an ability that has been modified by a cannot be interrupted modifier remains on the playing surface if it would otherwise be cascade negated to a previous location" and b) "An Enhancement or Dominant with an ability that has been modified by a cannot be negated modifier remains on the playing surface if it would otherwise be cascade negated to a previous location" mean?
14. If my artifact is negated and I flip it face down and activate it again is it still negated?
15. Shouldn't "cannot be interrupted" and "cannot be negated" be preventable?
16. In which LoB does a negated Hopper LS end up?
17. The "place it beneath deck instead" of Wandering Spirit targets the generic demon that was banded in only doesn't it?
18. The "you may discard this card to add your demon to the battle" on The Gates of Hell only apply to the demon that was put into territory by TGoH itself correct?
19. Rebellious Spirit: a) Targets the "discard a good Enhancement" my own hand if I can't dc a GE of my opponent? b) What happens if I can't perform an "do x or y" SA?

Thanks for your support!
Blessings :)

So i have some other things i need to finish up right now, but if i get some time tonight, i'll come and finish this up. anyone else can feel free to pick up where i left off though! Hope this helps!

1. yes
2. yes
3. a) yes, specifically, it goes territory, not LoB, which is a common misconception, and b) babylon harlot permanently (while in play that is) is converted into an EC if you decide to convert her while all her conditions are met. (If you are attacked) it turns back into a site when removed from play.
4. Yes, but you cannot bring the site in to battle for a rescue. you can only add an empty site to a rescue.
5. no, just rescues.
6. He can't play it because he can't use that brigade. if he played that and you played something that both discarded him and negated lom, I believe he could play an enh of any brigade, because he has special inish to play an interrupt/negate before lom is actually negated.
7. they are discarded, unfortunately.  :(
8. if they only removed it from battle with out negating it, yes all the characters would stay. But, if they negate and discard it, for instance, it's ability no longer works and all characters banded in leave battle. well, technically they were never in battle, but you get the idea.
9. "in play" defaults to territory. david the shepherd would be so much better if you got to decide where in play to put the guys he searches for, but he just puts them in territory.
10. this is actually something I'm a little confused on as well, but i believe that does work. the only reason i'm not sure is because there are certain cards that exchange, but specify that enhancements played on them stay in battle, making me think that's not the default, but idk. anyone else know this one?
11. only in t2 or in a t1 deck with 100+ cards. they are considered the same unique character in deck building. which stinks, because i had a super fun deck using all 3 peters  ;D

1. Yes.
2. Yes.
3a. It goes back to territory. It's not really used "on" the Hero, it's just in battle to give access. The ability may grant access to a Hero beyond that.
3b. I don't understand the question. Babylon only works if you are attacked, so it can't convert while it's in battle.
4. Unless something in the ability requires the site to be occupied (or unoccupied), it doesn't matter whether it is or not.
5. Correct.
6. Love of Money is negated and discarded, so he can't play the off-brigade enh.
7. The holds ability only allows cards to be put there or removed from there - it doesn't keep them there. So the cards stay there and may be stuck there.
8. Correct.
9. When a character is put in play, it is put in it's owner's territory, not in battle. You need a specific ability to bring it into battle. But the Field of Battle is in play.
10. It's whether the new character can use the Enhancement, not same brigade, necessarily. But basically correct.
11. Yes.
12. No, Michael and Michael, the Archangel are the same card for deckbuilding. There is a list of duplicate cards in the REG - the different card titles are considered to be the same name. You can only have one in play.
14. Yes, it would still be negated until the negated ended.
16. The owner's.
17. No, it targets the demon that would have been discarded that triggered the "if your demon is discarded" clause. The generic demon you band to doesn't have to be yours.
18. No, you can discard it to add your demon from hand or territory to battle.
19a. No - the good Enhancement is discarded from play, not either player's hand.
19b. You have to perform it, if there's a valid target. If there's not a valid target, nothing happens.

7. they are discarded, unfortunately.  :(
You have a link? They'd either return to the previous location (if negated in the phase they were put there), or be stuck there. Hold allows you to put them in and remove them, it doesn't keep them there.

10. this is actually something I'm a little confused on as well, but i believe that does work. the only reason i'm not sure is because there are certain cards that exchange, but specify that enhancements played on them stay in battle, making me think that's not the default, but idk. anyone else know this one?
I think Philistine Armor Bearer specifies that Enhancements stay in battle to leave the weapon, which would otherwise follow him. Others may just be old wording, before we'd worked that out.

11. only in t2 or in a t1 deck with 100+ cards. they are considered the same unique character in deck building. which stinks, because i had a super fun deck using all 3 peters  ;D
The 3 Peters are different cards, because they have different pictures and different brigades. Both Michaels are silver, so they're the same card.

If an Enhancement is CBI or CBN, and it was drawn or searched for by an ability that is later negated, it remains played rather than being returned to wherever it was drawn or searched for. Same for a Dominant, which is CBN by rule.

15. Shouldn't "cannot be interrupted" and "cannot be negated" be preventable?
No. They are modifiers, and interrupt, prevent, and negate target abilities, not modifiers. They were ruled to be CBN before they were made modifiers, I think.

I thought that since they are "discarded characters" being held there, negating it would basically resume their journey to the discard pile. wasn't that how Potter's Field worked? I seem to remember starting a thread about that a year or two ago. I'll try and find it later, but I unfortunately don't have enough time to go and dig through my post history right now.

What's up with David then? I know you can't have 2 different Davids in the same 50 card deck. There was a thread about that a year or two ago.

I can't speak to the past - but currently, they shouldn't be discarded, unless it's negated in the same phase it insteads the discard.

How many you can have depends on the Davids. 2 different Davids may still be the same David, depending on brigades.

David, the Psalmist can't be in a deck with either of the green Davids.
David, the Shepherd can't be in a deck with either of the red Davids, or King David.

Psalmist and Shepherd can be together, but not with anything else.
Psalmist (or Green David), King David, and Red David will get you 3 Davids in the same deck. Every other combination is limited to 2 versions, I think.

Thanks for the help! I'll have to go through this at another time more carefully and ask some additional questions.
One very important for one I'm having right now is:
ORCID says about Michael (Wa) play as "Enhancements used by Michael cannot be negated" even though his SA is "Michael and Enhancements played with him cannot be interrupted, prevented, negated or redirected". That's quite the difference isn't it? What is it now? Can Michael be negated or not? seems so.
Blessings :)

Those two abilities are the same thing. One is just a very old wording while the other is the modern equivalent. Michael makes all enhancements play on him cannot be negated and his ability in itself cannot be negated

15. Shouldn't "cannot be interrupted" and "cannot be negated" be preventable?
No. They are modifiers, and interrupt, prevent, and negate target abilities, not modifiers. They were ruled to be CBN before they were made modifiers, I think.
Okay so I get how because it's a modifier it cannot be negated since it's not an eligible target.
REG seems to say that an ability that's "cannot be interrupted" can be prevented but once it's active it cannot be interrupted and because of that by definition it cannot be negated, correct?
Also it states that a card that's "cannot be prevented" can be interrupted and prevented from reactivating afterwards either by a single negate effect or by a interrupt effect followed by a prevent effect. Is this correct?
If I think of a negate as an interrupt with an subsequent prevent I assume it can be prevented but that seems to be inaccurate. I checked REG and it seems like negate behaves like a prevent and interrupt + prevent at the same time. They aren't triggered subsequently but simultaneously. If that is the case I understand how a "cannot be negated" isn't preventable. Please clarify.

ORCID says about Michael (Wa) play as "Enhancements used by Michael cannot be negated" even though his SA is "Michael and Enhancements played with him cannot be interrupted, prevented, negated or redirected".
Those two abilities are the same thing. One is just a very old wording while the other is the modern equivalent. Michael makes all enhancements play on him cannot be negated and his ability in itself cannot be negated
Because Michael and Enhancements played with him cannot be interrupted, prevented, negated or redirected" is a modifier played as "Enhancements used by Michael cannot be negated" and not a SA this cannot be negated since it's not a valid target for a negate correct?
And because something must be interrupted in order to be redirected it can't be if the target of the interrupt is "cannot be negated" or "cannot be interrupted", correct?
I would argue that the older wording is what's easier to understand for the layperson.

20. Babylon / The Harlot is a legal target for Angelic Guidance, correct?
21. I don't recall where a negated Hopper LS goes, please help me out.
22. a) Do Covenants and Curses count as Artifacts? b) Are Artifacts and Covenants considered to be neutral and Curses evil?
23 Can weapon class enhancements only trigger once they enter battle?
24. Can "Place on a Hero"-EE's still be targeted by a negate even though they aren't on the EC that's blocking me?
25. If my opponent ist negating and discarding an enhancement I played but he is still loosing (would have initiative) could I still negate and dc the negate and dc or do I have to wait till I'm being defeated?

Yes
The owners land of bondage
Yes, no only neutral while active as artifacts
Yes
Yes in the same phase the placement can be targeted by negate. The negated placed enhancement returns to the location where it was played(if in battle, to the character it was played on)
You have to wait for initiative or special initiative
