What is the breakdown of what will come in a pack?

Example: Cloud of Witnesses card box contains 15 cards. 4 cards are from the Cloud of Witnesses set. The remaining 11 cards include a random selection of cards from Warriors, Kings, Apostles, Patriarchs, and Angel Wars card sets.
