There wasn't a new Regionals promo this year.
Just to say too, there is no new National Promo this year either! Good sources say to stay tuned for next year. Some really good tournament promos will show up!
No new state or regional promos this year. I am pretty sure that Rob plans to have a new national promo this year, but whether he gets them before nationals depends on the printer at this point. I really hope it comes, since my *@^!#! [edited by ROSES] deck really needs some serious help, and this card is just what it needs!
The new promo cards will not be here for Nationals. Those are coming by sea with the main shipment. If you wondering why I didn't airfreight them over it's because they are part of each deck and must be separated out. I am not airfreighting over enough decks to supply all the people coming to Nationals.
I think Crustpope was referring to the card made specially with your own name on it.
