Okay I ordered $50 worth of redemption cards off of the cactus game design website with a credit card thru paypal. I got an email from cactusrob stating that my order had been received. The $50 was taken off the credit card, but I never got the cards. Im pretty upset about it, because a day later after using the credit card, the credit card company called me asking if I was sure I wanted to follow through with my order. They said that they have had problems with cactusrob in the past and were calling to warn me. Ive never gotten the cards and I am pretty mad that the money was taken off the credit card. Has this happened with anybody else ordering off the cactus game design website and what can I do?????? I thought I could trust a christian website.....

I have never had any problems ordering off of the cactus web site.  Did you email cactus and ask about the issue?  There may have been an error in the processing which can be addressed.  I high recommend that you email them at support@cactusgamedesign.com.  This company will not take advantage of you, also your cards will take time to ship, how long has it been since you ordered?  I have never heard of Rob giving any one problems.

The website has been up for years, and I have NEVER heard of anyone not having a good transaction. Email the support link, and if its not resolved by next week, call him at the office. The phone number is on the website...this game has been around for nearly 15 years, don't worry... :P. Welcome to the boards!

I had ordered the cards in late august and my girlfriend used her credit card to pay for it. I have not checked into the situation since i have been so busy off at college. So im hoping its just a mix-up of some sort. After finals next week i'll have time to send an email and hopefully resolve the issue. Thank you guys for your input and advice.

wow, that is wierd.  I have never heard of anyone having problem with Cactus.  and  credit card callign to warn someone about a site?  I have also never heard that happening before.  something seems fishy here...

I've only ordered off the website a few times but I've always had a great experience.  Rob is quick to answer questions and concerns anytime I contact him too.

There was one time when I spent a bucket of money on that site and ended up getting all of my cards but one. It was not in with it (Philly Garrison). So i thought maybe he forgot and it came in the mail like two weeks later. I check my email that day and it said it was back ordered. So that one was my fault. And there was one where the shipment got lost in the mail and he sent another right out to me and i got it in three days. Other that that, I had no problem. He does very good business and is very understanding. Def email him or give him a call
