Another odd request - 2 empty ROA tins and just one card

First of all, I thought I had requested one Holy of Holies for my most recent deck, but I did not, and no one here has an extra to trade me :(

Second, I like to use empty ROA tins to store my decks in, and I need two more please.

Can someone please give me an estimate on how much it would be to ship these to me?  I can pay right away via Paypal.  Thanks!

These are three TxP cards that I have extras of:  Consuming Fire, Herod Agrippa II, and Astrologers.  Would any of those cover the cost of shipping?
