While Amariah does make things CBI, he suffers just like Joshua in lack of good cards to make CBI (and 'meh' initiative). He's also worse than Joshua in the whole CBI/CBN difference.
While Priests is very much hurt by Nazzy, I think they are still potent enough to be useful, even if you don't have any back-up for them. A timely use can just flat-out win the game for you.
