My friend has a lost soul in a site. I want to remove it from the game. Can i play an enhancement when he is denying the battle challenge?

You can play burial at any time, if thats what your asking. As fas as enhancements go, no unless they are territory class or your evil character is in battle and you have initiative. What enhancement are you talking about? It would be easier to answer this if we knew what card you are asking about.

Make a battle challenge with Ethiopian Treasurer, then you could play FaaMS before he decides whether to block.
