You do not add your personal collection online. 

All the cards are already included in a program called Redemption Table Simulator (RTS).

There is a thread under the childboard "Online Play" that has what you are looking for to play online.

What is the name of the cards like Passover Hymn with the tent and tree? How do you use them? are they kinda like an artifact where you can use them multiple times or is it a one time use deal?

They're enhancements you can play before you make a battle or before you discard as long as you have a character of the right color

It can be played during prep or discard phases, as well as in battle (with initiative)
