Hey, so I am going to creation fest this year, and I am going to take my cards up. I have played for a long time, but still have some questions.

1. What does it mean when it says "Heal A Character About To Be Discarded"?
2. I have no Rock of Ages Expansion Packs, could these cards utterly obliterate me?
3. What does Wall of Protection do?
4. And good combo's and strategies.

1. when a character is about to be discarded, you can use a healing enhancment to heal them from dying

2. actually rock of ages isn't "packs" their tins with packs in em, and they will if ya can't use cards that can be used effectivly against them

3. keeps your characters from being brought into battle by an opponent

4. Tribal Elder + Jacob + warriors captain of the host and ET + reach + authority of christ promo.
as for deck strategy i suggest starting with 1 good brigade and 1 evil brigade in case your starting

1. actually, a healing card can undiscard a hero who was discarded any time during your turn.

2. Rock of Ages was a powerful expansion, if you like white, purple, etc, I would get some.

For #2, at least from my experience, it seems you can make a very effective speed deck with vey few of the FoOF/RoA (although Jacob is pretty nice to have in there).
