That AotL gives AB Woes a run for its money for coolest-looking card.

Woah! That promo is super awesome! Every day I just get more an more sad I can't make it to nats. How much will Whirlwind be? I have to buy one when it's released!

Rob has not told me either way but my guess is that we will follow the trend of the past couple years and offer 1 per event played.

No, most likely. An exception was made 2 years ago for Noah's Ark, because of the newly introduced Flood Survivor theme, but the standard is the National Promo is not legal until the next tournament season.
