When i Battle Challenge does my heroes SA activate? Because if it does that means i could play Zaccheus like every turn my opponent doesn't have a LS!!!

Zaccheus: Yellow 5/2 hero.
SA: Holder may search draw pile for one Fortress card. Shuffle draw pile.

Yes your hero's SA activates in a battle challenge. Using Zaccheus to get your fortresses out is better than not making the battle challenge.

Mike is correct; you can use his ability in a battle challenge.  However, be careful with making battle challenges.  Using up your cards in a "meaningless" battle isn't smart.

You also want to watch out for wat your opponent can do. If your opponent is playing with Pale Green, he might have a low numbered character and Confusion waiting to toast your SoG. So be careful.
