New Playgroup Setback

After months of deliberation, my new church here in Florida has decided that Redemption "is not the direction that the church wants to go."

I am disappointed, both in the decision and the amount of time the decision took, but I know that God has a better plan. Please pray that I will see His leading clearly about how and where to start up again. A Christian cafe and bookstore is opening soon in a plaza nearby, so I will check in with them when they open.

So were you wanting to begin the playgroup as a ministry or were you just wanting to use the facility to play a game you and some others do as a hobby? Just curious...and praying...

I presented it as a ministry, since there are few activities available for 4th-8th graders.
