I just sent in an application to hold the SouthCentral Regionals the last Saturday in June. (6-29-13)
Start Time approx 9am.

There will be 3 sessions. We will start with the Type 1 and Type 2 2 player events.

We will break for lunch at the conclusion of those events and award prizes. Let me know if you want pizza or hot dogs. I will provide the food and drinks. There are all kinds of Fast Food places within 5 minutes of my home if a player prefers to dine out.

We will try to start the Type 1 and Type 2 Multi-Player games at about 1:30 in the afternoon. Awards will be presented at the conclusion of these matches.

We will finish with Closed deck or Booster Draft. I hope to have the new Starter Decks and RoA tin.

Get ready. Less than 4 weeks. We will be using the new I/J decks for Closed Deck (which we will do 1st), Lord willing. We will then play the other 2 player events. Lunch will be squeezed in there somewhere. We will then continue with the Multi events (except booster). Finally we will play Booster Draft. If you plan on playing Booster, it could end well into the evening.

Closed Deck will be $12.

Booster Draft will cost $20. We will play with the tins plus missing packs from tins (including Angel wars, Kings, Thesaurus, Disciples, and Women's).

Once again, there will be Door Prizes.

Please let me know if you plan to attend so I can have enough food and drinks for you all.

13days to go! SouthCentral Regionals!

Players are registering from all over the country......well maybe Missouri and Texas, possibly Arkansas.

Free hot dogs..lunch meat sandwiches, chips, coffee, drinks, chips, donuts, asparagus.....

3 flights......starting with the Type 1 and Type 2-2 Player events and Closed Deck with the new I/J decks. 3 rounds of each.

Lunch break. Here or at one of the many fast food facilities within one mile of my home.

Flight 2: the Type 2 Multi events. (2 or 3 rounds)

Flight 3: Booster Draft which will include a tin and Disciples and Thesaurus, Angel Wars, and another pack of whatever was missing from your tin, and possibly Womens

There will be door prize drawings which include: bag of stones used for conversions, dice, tin 26, I, and or J Starter Deck, sleeves, deck box, etc.

Please let me know if you plan on attending.

Type 2: Craig and Jacob, C.J. And Jacob, Terry, Marcus.
Type 1: Brandon, Noah, Brenna, Noah, Xavier, Stephen, Larry, Brett,

Others might include Buddy, Bethany, Neeka, Michelle, Adam, Kenneth, Jon, Sarah, Chad, Joe, Howard

Also I messaged rob about a new draft format that I play in magic called cube it's really fun basicly you get to make your own set for ppl to play with and draft from.

Am I reading this correctly? 1st round is 1 on 1 play
Then 2nd round is multi-player(type 2 only)?
3rd round is booster or starters.

Actually New starters, and the Type 1 and Type 2-2 player events will start at around 9 am. I revised that in the event Schedule listed above.

Confirmed.......22 I/J starters on the way as are 10 new tins. Should have them Monday, and in plenty of time before our SouthCentral Regional Tournament on the 29th.
