Yes, you're reading that booster cost right! Since this is the Saturday before Creation, I wanted to cut a break for folks who are planning to enjoy the tourneys that John M. provides up there. So spend your money on him! In order to provide this kind of pricing, we'll be old-school boosting with foil packs (Unlimited through Priests, minus the out of print stuff). I've got a decent supply, but I would like to know who all wants to boost so I can make sure that we've got enough packs on hand. You will need to provide your own generic Lost Soul cards, as well as sleeves.
Reason for the split in promos and prizes is that I'm combining supplies from two tournaments into one. Attendees will have their pick of either Philosophy or Esther as your participant promo, and category winners will have first pick of prize packs available (5 Angel Wars, 5 Priests).
