Limitations on district tournaments?

I have 2 local tournaments lined up at the moment but I was curious if I hosted a district this early if I wouldn't be able to host a district later? Anyone know?

Also could I host 4 or 5 district tournaments throughout the year?

Side note does anyone have an issue with hanover hosting states for PA again this year? We did last year with good success. I'd like to do it gain if no one else has any objections.

The only tournament restrictions I know of are as follows:
-You must host a tournament of each level before you can host one of a higher level (must host a Local before hosting a District, must host a Local and a District before hosting a State, etc.)
-Each State and Region can only have one tournament of that type in that area per season

I can't speak for the PA opinion question as I don't live near PA. :P

1.  No limit on being a host for districts.
2.  Again, no limit as host.  The only limits with regards to districts deal with how many a player can get RNRS points from.
3.  I'm down for another Hanover states.  Seems to be fairly central to all the players in the area.
