I believe Bryon said in the "Thesaurus Cards at Nationals? Maybe" thread that they should come up in the "late afternoon or early evening". Presumably, he meant late afternoon in CA, so if you're farther east, you'll have to wait a little longer than that.

Bryon wanted them to wait until the cards are released. Rob is not yet here, so they won't release until he arrives. And, as Bryon just said, should be any minute, as evidenced by the lickering ceiling lights.
