When I'll be your age, there won't be a president because the Illuminati will be in the open.

When I was your age, I owned an NES.
I still have my Kaypro II, so that's OK.
I still have my Atari 800XL, so that's OK, too :)

Oh wait, I still do...

I still have my Kaypro II, so that's OK.

YMT, I had dialup until I was eighteen, and we still play tabletop rpg's along with Redemption and Munchkin.

You had 56K dialup, with a well developed CISCO network. You have no idea what it used to be like.  :o

Speaking of which:

When I was your age, web pages were text-only.
Well developed?  We had one of the worst service providers in the country.

Although I can't beat the text only.

When I was your age, Indian always meant American Indian, rather than "from India."
When I was your age, using Indian names for sports teams was fine.
When I was your age, the only thing that was politically incorrect was the government spending $500 for a hammer.

Video games were at their golden ages with snes, genesis, and nes.
all i got for christmas was a trip by myself to the alamo and was given 10 dollars and someone wished me the best of luck (just kiddin)
Nickelodeon was the best channel to watch for a kid and had the best shows like "All That" "What would you do?", "Legends of the hidden temple", "Wild and crazy kids"(rr is gonna love me for that one lol), "Nick Arcade", "Are you afraid of the dark?" and others

When I was your age:

I changed channels by turning the dial on the TV.
The top TV shows were Gilligan's Island, Happy Days, and The Brady Bunch.
You did not want to make Bill Bixby angry.
Watching satellite TV meant that you worked for NASA.
You watched new release movies in your car with a little box hanging from your window for the audio.
Car doors had two feet of solid steel to protect you from impacts, rather than airbags.

- I enjoyed playing Build-o-Fun.
- I actually saw "POW" when Batman and Robin hit villains!

Wait..... the Indians were really elves? Now Disney's Pocahontas makes so much more sense. And to think, that tree was an Ent.

lol i didn't say it's not cool anymore.
why i said that was when i was 6 years old i went to chimneyrock elementary school in memphis TN and i was given the name "Red Feather" cause the school's team name was "braves" so it made sense that me and my class were given indian names and i must also to mentioned i was named "Chief"
so in the words of jack sparrow:
"and then they made me their chief"
good times i had being a kid :)
