Okay, each time i open a new tab on my laptop it comes up "The webpage cannot be displayed

Most likely cause:Some content or files on this webpage require a program that you don't have installed.

What you can try: Search online for a program you can use to view this web content.
 Retype the address.
Go back to the previous page.
And i all get when i search for a solution it comes up with ads for stuff i cannot pay for
Wat do i do to get it back to its original new tab page without paying for stuff (legally of course)
P.S. Its on Windows Vista

Sounds like it might be a bad webpage.  Can you access the rest of the web?

Also, are you using Internet Explorer?  Try Firefox.
