Personally It makes things on my screen seem smaller. I rather have as much on one line instead of having as many lines as possible. I don't hate this way, I just prefer the other way a whole lot more better.

There is a button on the right hand side above the area of "Cactus Game Design Message Boards > Open Forum > Off-Topic (Moderator: Gil Galad Elven King *Generic) > Portal." that will remove it all with one click.

The problem with the side bar is that it eats up 1/3rd of the screen space in Metallistic.

Portal is the intro screen that has all the info that the sidebar has. plus random articles.
