List one or two of your favorite games you played at Nationals.

One of my favorite type 1, 2 player games I've ever played at nationals happened last year when I played Brian Gabe in the first round. I can't recall much about our game, but we were pretty much neck and neck the entire game. It came down to if I just could hold him off one more turn with my Judas. I made the mistake of putting Captured Ark in my artifact pile instead of keeping it in my hand like I usually did, I had plenty of room in my hand at the time I drew it too. He made a rescue attempt with somebody ( I can't remember ) and had just enough numbers to kill Judas and win lost soul #5. The final score he won 5-4. Each time we play it seems like it goes down to the wire. I enjoy playing him more than anybody else, he's a great guy and always a great challenge.

I remember that game.  You were a fierce competitor and would have won the very next turn.  What a nail biter!

My most memorable game would have to be when I had the honor of playing Kevin Shride for first place in T1-2P at Nationals 2007.  First, I'd started out 1-2 and had no business having a shot at first place.  Kevin was my "mentor" when I started playing Redemption.  He's also a good friend.  It was a real blessing to be able to sit across the table from him during that game.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?

He had no LS out and was about to win next turn.  I activated Burial Shroud and battle challenged with Seeker (in case no LS showed up).  When one did, I DoN'd Burial Shroud, turning the battle challenge into a rescue attempt, and used AotL to win.  It was intense.

Yes yes it was.
Mine was cuthroat caverns when mi[modbreak=Schaef]EDGE OUT[/modbreak]
I think it was my first game at nationals where the first turn rescue attempt of my opp was blocked by Huge E killing his SOG. I traumatized the guy so bad he now add's JT to all his decks.

I think most of my games last year were great, I killed so many doms, and even 2 sog and an aotl in sealed deck.

MikeHue's game is up there as well.

But my most fave game would be my t2 multi with guardian, will, and some other guy. The rest of the t2 multi tables at nationals were quiet while ours was roaring with laughter and insanity.

Nats in New Orleans. T1 MP game, Me, Sam Nurge, CMO, and JDS.. Best game evar. Anyone in this game should remember. It was a good one. I think we had Chris Bany over for judging more times than he's ever visited on table. "Shh, the table is talking"

THAT WAS SOOO WYN!!! watching Lord Stryfe and his friend play Son of God + NJ at the same time and getting away with it... forcing you to tie... good times... good times...

Ben Arp first round and not drawing any FBTN characters... yeah, not exactly my favorite game.

Chris McCravy, last round (t1 2p)... ugh, that guy is stalking every catagory I played!

Cutthroat Caverns was awesome... as was BANG!

was that the one where me and becky and marti and...gretchen?  were sitting behind you? XD we broke so many rules that game. me and marti has the same ideas to give one person a def deck and one person an offense deck, it happened the offense and defense sat on the same sides, me and marti were looking at eachothers hands XD oh such fun.

I'm working on adapting the idea to a new deck...I think it'll probably be 100+ cards though.  I might even be able to fit in an offense if it's small enough.
