I don't get what's so confusing... the video ends with Bruce Lee snapping Chuck Norris' neck. Subtitles and everything.

He didn't snap his neck. It was just the Jack Bauer sleeper hold.

as mentioned above, the fight is inaccurate. in the real battle (fought in another dimension. yes, it no longer exists) Chuck Norris wins.
