Guess the card title and start the next riddle. I'll go first:

Hard as a rock, it never repented
The number was 10 before it relented.

Judah or Isreal? whichever one didnt repent and had the 10 out of the 12 tribes

I'm thinking evil enhancement. Pharaoh's Hard Heart? The 10 plagues followed by Pharaoh letting the Israelite people go.

My hand grasped the hated one's heel

Props to my dad for thinking of the last line.

EDIT: I just realized my second line was inaccurate, as I misread the REG. New first lines.

It's not Jacob. The last line makes it seem like Jacob, but it's not, as there's another person which fits that (and the rest of the description) quite perfectly.

I thought it was King Abijah based on your origional first lines.... But then you changed them....... And he doesn't exactly fit the other lines at all.

Reason is line three.

I'm not sure how the first second king stole his capital city (see why line 3 is tripping me up? I wanted to say the capital city, but it took too many syllables, and still wouldn't be perfectly clear). The first second king has nothing to do with Melk.
