It's more that they're all OP.... and it's only been 15 minutes  :P
An unanswered question is infinitely better than an unquestioned answer.

It's been 12 hours, actually, lol. Also, I can see how maybe 3 of them are OP, but I don't see it about the rest.

I find that posting too many ideas at once leads to a response of tl;dr more often than not. Furthermore, all of these cards are in nonstandard card idea format, which is another turn-off for prospective commentators. Throw in the fact that at least half of these are OP and you've likely got your reason for little feedback.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I guess I could make two separate threads, but I didn't want to flood since they're basically all related.

Furthermore, all of these cards are in nonstandard card idea format, which is another turn-off for prospective commentators.
It's the same format I've been using for the last year at least, and I thought the one that was commonly used, and no one's ever complained before....If not this, how am I supposed to format them?

Throw in the fact that at least half of these are OP and you've likely got your reason for little feedback.
Well, isn't the point of posting them so that others can give ideas/suggestions for improvement/balance/etc.? If I don't know what's OP about them then I can't fix it, lol.

Yeah, if problems 1 and 2 were solved, problem 3 would fix itself haha. Feel free to post as many threads as you have different themes of cards. There have been times where one person had 5 threads on the front page and it was fine.

The standard format is this, or very close to it:

Card Title
S/T Card Type, (WC or TC if WC or TC)
-Identifiers-
"Special Ability"
~Verse

The format you're using isn't horrible, but there is a tendency to click off when some of the standard elements aren't there (especially the SA in quotations).

Format updated, 3 unrelated cards moved to separate thread, some of the abilities modified a little to try balancing.

Comments would be appreciated. :D

That's more like it!

Spoiler (hover to show)
That's a bit much imo. I'd place it on a Site to empty its contents and restrict players from placing cards in it.

Spoiler (hover to show)
Is this about Egypt or Babylon? I read the verse and skimmed the context and I couldn't see a reason for it to be Crimson or Gold. As for the SA, it's pretty underpowered. Relies on your opponent having Sites to do anything, costs your own sites, and doesn't interrupt and isn't CBN. High-cost, high-risk, midling payoff=NU.

Spoiler (hover to show)
Again, don't understand the Brigades. Another rather underpowered card: Assyrian Siege Army discards a fortress, site, or artifact for no cost as many times as he likes, is 12/12, and is CBN.

Spoiler (hover to show)
Oh, now I get the brigades. I don't understand how clothes and jewelry is a weapon. The SA is very powerful (especially since it's in the same Brigade as King Belshazzar and Herod Phillip II), but not OP. Cool card.
Spoiler (hover to show)
I like it.

Spoiler (hover to show)
A card called "murderers" should really be at least part Black. Black loves some murder. Yep, nothing like a good, old-fashioned murder. Also, pretty dang powerful. 3/3 gets a lot of initiative, but I don't think it's OP since Evil has few (no?) ITB+Discards.

In regards to brigades, yeah it's based off the context of the "Crimson and Gold" card, so I think I'll leave those for all except Murderers. I'm fine with Murderers being black, I'll just wait to update that til I find a better verse for them.

@Crimson and Gold: I made it a weapon because that's the easiest way to make an enhancement that is "worn" by a character. I could change it to a TC with "Place on an evil character" if you think that would be better.

@Forsaken Cities: I think I prefer it be related to Forts than Sites, but I can make it one Fortress instead of all if that would be more balanced.

@Earth Shall Mourn: Updated the ability to make it more useful. Did I succeed? lol

Yeah, TC with place is better. Weapon-class should only be used for weapons.

I meant fortress haha.

Better. Still somewhat of a high B list card, but usable.

Updated Crimson and Gold as well as Forsaken Cities.

Spruced up Horsemen and Bowmen.

Changed Earth Shall Mourn to CBN from CBP.

Now it's OP. Haha. Balancing cards is very difficult, since changing just one aspect can change it straight from so-so to OP without stopping by at powerful on the way.

The RFG. RFG is a powerful ability to be CBN. Before when it depended on your opponent having Sites it could have been CBN, but now that the only cost is Discarding your own sites for a CBN RFG it's too much.

So being CBP made it UP, and CBN makes it OP. If I return it to CBP and make it interrupt the battle would that still be too much?

The Earth Shall Mourn

In most decks I see this as an interesting card but I just see it being to much because of its CBN being that Samuel and Paul and others can play it. The reason it worries me is seeing it paired up with a brown kings decrease defense. When they already have 7 + Samaria’s in there deck and possibly all in play… man, but if you like the CBN maybe make it a discard instead or remove for game?

It's an evil enhancement....

As for Kings of Israel, are crimson or gold really ever splashed with them? I've never tried to build a KoI defense.

Sorry thought is was a good gold for some reason. But in a round about answer, I don’t see Crimson or Gold kings in a decrease defense but with this card you may see people playing some of the evil Crimson Kings and I have seen the new Egyptians getting splashed into some decrease defenses.

If it means older cards get used more, I think it makes the card worth it, lol.

I think it's a good card idea, that's why I commented on it  :o

And I was just worried about the CBN but as it is now I'd be all for seeing this in a deck.
