Although she was originally non-territory class and her decrease ability was a straight up decrease ability upon entering battle, I felt that making her TC with a more unique decrease ability would be cool and better as there is no other EC that is TC and can decrease. Her ability of decrease fits nicely with her provocation of Hannah, and the irritation part of the scripture could be attributed to the negating and underdecking a GE. The draw ability comes from Elkanah giving portions to Peninnah and her children, but Hannah's draw ability is better and fits in more with the double portions she received from Elkanah.
