Lost Souls Boost

Lost Soul
-When drawn, search Opponent's deck for a Lost Soul and place it in their territory.

Lost Soul
-When drawn, protect all Lost Souls with no special ability from rescue. Discard if a covenant enters play.

Den of Thieves
Fortress, Holds up to 3 lost souls with no special ability
-Place this card in your territory. You may discard a good Dominant from hand to protect all Lost Souls with no special ability from rescue by Heroes. Discard if a good Dominant enters play.

Hiding from God
Evil Dominant
Look at Opponent's hand. If Son of God is there, take one Lost Soul from your Land of Bondage and place it in your hand. When you draw a good Dominant, place that Lost Soul under your deck.

Uhhh No. Ls who d/c themselves= bad Same with den, I could stick 3 no s.a. ls in my deck, purposfully play a good dom. Kill 3 ls. Flip up a cov, 4 ls gone. Burial Sog nj = 0 ls for you to rescue.

I agree on the lost soul, but I think you got the other part wrong.. He wants the FORTRESS to get discarded, not the lost souls. Meaning they are protected, but if you flip up a good Covenant the fortress is discarded and those lost souls aren't protected anymore.

Cards in the fort follow the thing. If you use set fire to kill goshen the heroes follow goshen. Same with the LS.

Oops, I didn't realize it held lost souls. I just thought it kinda worked like Pharoh's Throne Room, Assyrian Camp, etc.

Thanks for catching that :), I think it would be balanced if it didn't hold lost souls.

That's not true. Goshen is one example of contents not following the fortress. Since heroes in Goshen are protected, then if you discarded Goshen, the heroes would just go back to their territory.

Incorrect. If goshen is shuffled by ANB the contents follow it.

Not true.

Compare it to a bulletproof box. You cant harm the contents of the box with bullets, but if you toss the whole thing into lava.... they're gonna get cooked along with the box.

It was ruled (although don't ask me where, because I don't remember) that if ANB was used while House of Rimmon was up, your Syrians would not get shuffled, but House of Rimmon would. Why is this scenario any different than Goshen, which protects from all effect?

Your syrians are not INSIDE of House of Rimmon.

Your heroes ARE inside of goshen. Hence the bulletproof box example. House of Rimmon is more like an external force field generator, rather than a box.

You can't target the cards inside, but you can target Goshen itself. Game rules state that the contents of a card like Storehouse, Zerubabels Temple, Goshen, anything that can HOLD another card... the contents follow it wherever it goes.

So, if a card is physically HOLDING other cards, and you kill that card, the other cards go with it. The only exception is discarding lost soul sites.
