I choose to place the 77 reference in the strength and toughness 7/7. I wanted Lamech to reflect Cain's ability somewhat to correlate with Lamech's adoption of Cain's curse.

I appreciate the two cents though!  ;D

well, you could take it as what some people think the song of swords is about( from my understanding, the invention of the sword (just did a quick look up of it, though. didn't know much about the guy.), and make him warrior class and let him search deck for a weapon and activate it on himself, regardless of brigade.

maybe instead you could say if Lamech is targeted by opponents special ability Discard lamech immediately but also Discard 7 heroes
