Basically, I'm undertaking a project to make a reprint idea for every useless card in the game, fix the wording on not-played-as-intended cards, and put everything in its proper Brigade. Here is installment one: Artifacts.

Assyria's Tribute
"Twice per game, if you are blocking with an Assyrian you may Negate all Enhancements and Special Abilities on Heroes. Cannot be Negated."

Book of the Law
"Protect your Good O.T. Enhancements in territories, deck, Discard Pile, and hand from removal and Discard by a Special Ability."

Cross Beams of the Cross
-May be Activated on Simon of Cyrene-
"If you play Son of God during your Battle Phase, you may add a Hero to battle."

Every Man's Sword
"Negate all Special Abilities that give access to Sites. You may Discard this card during battle to make one Site brigadeless this turn."

Moses' Rod
"Enhancements used by Moses and Aaron Cannot be Prevented. Moses and Aaron may band together."

Priestly Breastplate
-May be activated on your High Priest-
"Negate Ignore abilities."


More to come later. There really aren't that many useless/improperly worded artifacts that haven't already been reprinted/issued play-as or errata.

Kill the Locust and Joshua dies. Or use Abaddon yourself and kill their Temple. Or just don't let their Locust survive the battle. If they pick their own dude and lose the battle, he dies right then and there.

I would think that PP would be the same ability with "discard a card from your hand to..." since Barabbas was discarded instead of the Son of God...

That's correct. I want to punish Good Doms hard so people may actually think twice about using all of them in every deck.

That's because dominants can be played any time and can't be negated, and often they have game changing effects, (Son of God and New Jerusalem can make a 3 point shift by stopping a rescue while rescuing 2 Lost Souls, Grapes of Wrath can stop an entire banding chain, etc)  Dominants are too powerful right now and having cards that discard them won't really change that, having cards that punish using them or make them dead draws might make players think twice though.

there should seriously be dominant limitations. With Disciples coming I bet that adds another 2, maybe 3 cards that are dominants that will be in every person's deck. Soon half the deck could be dominants    :-X

With Disciples coming I bet that adds another 2, maybe 3 cards that are dominants
I have NOT (I repeat...have NOT) looked at the Disciples cards that are coming out, so this is only a guess.  But I'm guessing that there are NOT 2 or 3 dominants in the new set.
