Nice. Then, doesn't discard Roman sites, Samuel's Edict can't kill him, neither can Bravery of David... Good idea.

Well, Bravery of David, no it wouldn't.  But Sam's Edict can be played on Samuel even if he bands to a chain (which he does in nearly every deck he appears in), and then this card would have no immunity, as multiple heroes would be in battle.
