Just on the card type and CB- interaction, it's best to go with CBN for a TC character or nothing at all.  CBI essentially becomes CBN, because even if prevented at the time they activate in territory, it will just activate again once the negation ends, and I've found people get confused about when they are on or not.  CBN is probably a better way to go (plus makes sense for a prophet like him).

That Elijah is just too powerful.  Basically, once you put him in play, the next time you make an unsuccessful rescue, you still rescue a LS...  He's SoG, just in a different form.

I didn't catch that. The wording should be more like the new Enoch. I will fix.
