i think there should be a new type of card that is enhancement on one side hero or evil character on the other side
  example:
  -Jacob's Grandsons could be a 3/3 enhancement and a 4/5 hero so you decide how you want to use
  it each time you play it

what i am referring to is an enhancement that is also a hero not a new way of banding

Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Orange • Ability: 1 / 4 • Class: None • Special Ability: Negate and discard the last good Enhancement played this battle. You may treat this card as an Evil Character until the end of this battle.

But you can't block with it...that is just another way of making it CBN b/c it is no longer an enhancement. FBN will still negate it but a hero/enhancement would be pretty cool!

It has more ramifications. For instance, there are now two evil characters who must be defeated for the Heroes to win (so AotL and Baggage aren't battle winners necessarily).
