The first thing I thought when I read "switch abilities" was attack/defense. The word "special" in between those two would mean a lot here (unless that isn't what you meant?).

Love it. Totally unique, good, but not OP'd. I'm not sure it's much better than Stalks of Flax, but still, it'd be a really fun card.

Not OP, but definitely powerful. Imagine switching ET's ability with someone else, even an EC. And the rabbit trail goes way further than that.
