Type: Evil Character • Brigade: Brown/Pale Green • Ability: 6/6 • Class: Territory • Special Ability: Protect evil characters in your territory from discard if an artifact depicting an idol is in play.  If blocking discard a good prophet in play.  • Identifiers: Queen of Israel, Magician • Verse: 1 King 16:31

Prophets of Baal
Type: Evil Character • Brigade: Brown • Ability: 6/6 • Class: none • Special Ability: When blocking, search deck or discard pile for an evil place enhancement and play it, that enhancement is protected from discard abilities as long as at least one Prophets of Baal card is in play or set aside area.  • Identifiers: Generic, Prophet • Verse: 1 King 18:19

Territory class characters have their abilities active while in territory without having to enter battle first.

To my understanding, yes. Besides the fact that the Prophets of Baal participated in acts of sorcery.
