So it looks like the recommended special ability is:

"Interrupt the battle. Regardless of protection, you may ANB your opponent or remove all of their Evil Characters from the game. If played by a N.T. Hero, you may return this card to hand after battle. Cannot be interrupted or prevented."

Since the game is over CBI is unnecessary but regardless of protection or restriction might be useful.
