I do like the healing part + set aside. Scriptural... But only human and only once per game

I actually like the idea from a gameplay standpoint, but from a biblical standpoint, I think Falling Away is controversial enough. But if it were made, here's how I would design it:

Antichrist

0/0 Crimson/Orange EE

Set a human evil character aside for three turns. On return, place this card on an opponent's Redeemed Soul. On Evil Character's next successful block, remove this card from the game to return the Redeemed Soul to your land of bondage as your Lost Soul.

See, I don't get WHY he is falling away people in the first place. O_o; His mark stops people from getting saved, I'd do "Place on a LS. That LS may not be rescued by any card but the son of God"

Considering (in the left behind series) that all of the real Christians got raptured, I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen :p
