Place in a territory to prevent more than two brigades from entering battle in that territory

Add a way for the opponent to kill it, such as a "discard two cards to discard this card" type of thing, and I'd love it.

How about this:

"Place in an opponent's territory. Opponent may only use cards of up to two brigades (of opponent's choice) during any battle. Opponent may discard X cards from territory to discard this card.
X=Number of good brigades in player's territory

Thanks for another card that kills heroless.  Grapes did enough damage....

On second thought, could I discard 0 cards if there were no good cards w/ brigades in territory?

That came in real hand when I did booster two times ago. They got a bunch of red banding heroes and I threw that up and they couldn't do anything about it lol
