okay I got this idea

Angel of Death card

Type: lamb/Reaper (can be play as goo and evil)

Effect: Evil side: Reduce all of opponents Hero's abilities (*/*) by half, rounded up untill the end of game.
 Good Side: Pevent the first evil enhancement played this battle, and the first Evil Character banded into battle. (thanks Lamb for making sense of the effect and thanks to RR for the great suggestion!)

The evil side is UP and the Good side is OP. Imo, any future Good Dominants should have no direct affect on battle.

Intresting. I'd say till end of game on the evil side though.

I'd say prevent for the good side
