Multi. Evil enhacement
All players Shuffle their deck. Each Player Places the top 5 Cards of deck on the deck of the player to the right of him and Exchanges hands with the players across from him. All players may agree to discard the bottom 7 cards of deck to negate this otherwise it cannot be prevented

there should be a Chaos Demon, cuz I had a dream about it once.

anyways to steal Soggy is a bad one, IMO. especially one this reliable. perhaps say "reveal all hands and the top five cards of draw pile. discard all dominants. blah blah blah what you had before"
