That defense actually seems kind of small for a 70 card deck. I use defenses that size in a 56 card deck sometimes. If you're going to go with a big deck I suggest adding a couple more Emperors an dome of the support cards for Emperors, like Romans Destroy Jerusalem, Heavy Taxes and Expelling the Jews.

I got Hormah, CP, Chorazin, and Golgotha for sites. Satan's Seat to go on one of them. Then I have Mayhem, DoN, Burial, Falling Away, and CM to go with them. The reason it is so small is cause I have a Disciple Offense and I am using a five artifacts with that. There is plenty of Drawing so I'm not too worried about it's size

Disciples and gray NT characters make a potent deck. It runs much better at 50 cards though. Here's an example of what it could look like. I played this deck to a record of 44-5. It was pre-dom cap so you could use those extra 4 spots to add defense or sites if you feel they are needed.

Angel of the Lord
Grapes of Wrath
Guardian Of Your Souls
Harvest Time
New Jerusalem
Son of God
Burial
Christian Martyr
Destruction of Nehushtan
Falling Away
Mayhem

Chariot of Fire
Unholy Writ
Fishing Boat
Herod's Temple

Lost Soul (anti-burial)
Lost Soul (can't be prevented)
Lost Soul (first round)
Lost Soul (hopper)
Lost Soul (revealer)
Lost Soul (shuffler)
Lost Soul (wanderer)
Lost Souls (2-line)

Simon the Zealot
Bartholomew (Nathanael)
Philip
Thaddeus
James Son of Zebedee
John
Matthew (Levi)
Thomas
James, son of Alphaeus
Passover Hymn
Faith as a Mustard Seed
Pentecost
Reach of Desperation
My Lord and My God
Authority of Christ

Scribe
Emperor Vitellius
The Entrapping Pharisees
Hard-Hearted Religious Leaders
Sabbath Breaker
Proud Pharisee
Pharisees

Tenants Kill the Son
Just a Hireling
Night Raid
Balaam's Disobedience
Pretension
