Just for fun- Red Warriors/ Egyptian-Roman deck

Seeing as I have a lot of cards, but not too many good cards, I decided to see if I could make an okay deck with the physical cards I have. I know it's not the best, but I'll post it here, see what you guys think.

(I haven't added souls yet, but when if I did, there would be 53 cards)

Dominants (7):

Son of God (I)
New Jerusalem
Angel of the Lord
Christian Martyr
Destruction of Nehushtan
Falling Away (W)
Vain Philosophy (J)

Sites/Artefacts (4):

Nero's Realm (PC)
Unholy Writ
Altar of Incense (E)
Captured Ark

Heroes (10):

Heldai
Abishai (Ki)
Asahel (TxP)
Amasai the Raider
Zalmon
Centurian at Capernaum
David (Red) (Ki)
Recruiting Officer
Dodai the Ahohite
Eleazar (Ki)

GEs (8):

Eleazar's Sword
Warrior's Spear
Trumpet and Sword
Battle Cry
Bravery of David (RoA)
Holy Ground (F)
Baggage
Sound the Alarm

ECs (10):

Emperor Tiberius (J)
Emperor Vitellius (RoA)
Emperor Claudius (Ap)
Terrifying Beast
Centurion at Jerusalem
Foreign Wives
Egyptian Magicians (FooF)
Amalekites' Slave
Egyptian Horsemen (H)
Taskmaster (H)

EEs (7):

Sorrow of Mary (J)
Crucify Him (J)
Arrest in Jerusalem
Stormy Seas (PC)
Beheaded (Di)
Moses Kills Egyptian (Pat)
Romans Destroy Jerusalem

Thoughts about deck:

Using what I have, I think I've done an ok job. I am focusing here on Good Banding, Evil Capture, look at hand/underdeck and Land of bondage transfer.

Three main points: 1. If I had Mayhem, I would swap out Vain Philosophy or DoN fo it, so Foreign Wives' stock goes up

2. If I had Second Coming, I would use it over New Jerusalem any day

3. Romans Destroy Jerusalem- Not only do I have only one NT Hero, but I have Romans, so if opponent has NT heroes, bye bye! Unless opponent has Coliseum  :(
But wait, it has "Cannot be negated" in the ability!  :o This means that it can be used for toss, and with 6/0 numbers and multicolour, any of my guys can use it. Seriously, I think it should be in a lot more decks now with Coliseum running rampant (apparently. I'm a noob with little experience and am isolated from the live action and metagame, so don't take my word for granted, but I am smart, so that's something I guess  ;D).

How would you guys improve this deck?  I would love to know (cause I'm super curious). Thanks guys!

Centurion at Capernaum is NT but that's only one Hero compared to your opponent perhaps running a NT offense, I love the addition of RDJ.

You also have Trumpet and Sword, which can eliminate a Coliseum if you want to try and use RDJ for the ability.

Foreign Sword would probably be an upgrade over Eleazar's Sword. Ishmaiah and Ahimelek are two of the strongest Red Heroes right now.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

If I had Foreign Sword, Ahimelek and Ishmaiah, I would definitely have put them in no questions asked. In that case, there would be no Eleazar and no Dodai.

I do like that Trumpet and Sword can negate and discard coliseum, but I would need to find a slot for a Tabernacle Priest. What would you suggest I do there?

Ah right, Red/Teal is certainly viable but that changes the deck quite a bit. Sticking with straight Red is fine.

Cool, I was thinking it would be almost impossible to add a Tabernacle priest without changing the deck too much, but I wanted to see if you had a suggestion. But alas, I am happy with the way this deck is going. Seeing as I just looked through what I have, I think I done good. What about the enhancements? Do you think my enhancement choices are good? Are there any changes you guys would make in that department?

Not knowing what you have available, it's tough to say. David's Triumph and Centurion's Proclamation are both really good. A Soldier's Prayer can be a second use of whichever GE you need. Counsel of Abigail is also a solid battle winner.

Yeah, I was just asking in general, so it doesn't matter whether you know what I have or not. Those are all really splendid enhancements, I would love to have them. However, although I don't have any of those, I have just purchased a Counsel of Abigail (RoA) from Travis, along with a box display set of CoW cards, and some Early Church and TxP boxes, so I might just get some of those (I'm hoping for A Soldiers' Prayer from my TxP boxes). Hopefully they come soon!  8)

What about the evil enhancements?

this is more for a deck discard theme, but it goes well with the warrior's spear and some egyptians. Stronghold in the desert is really fun and could work well.

With Trumpet and Sword in an all-Red offense, I'd make sure to include Uriah.

Demons can give an all-Red offense problems.  Freedom! and Faith of Barak could be good additions to mitigate this.

Ooo removal from the game is my favourite game mechanism, so I would love to add Freedom! Into this deck! If I get Uriah the Hittite and Stronghold in the Desert, I will be sure to add them in. 😄 Hopefully I'll receive a Faith of Barak in my Cloud packs 😉
