Ok as a rule, the more information you have in a post the more we can know. and Just i am patience? maybe if its paired with other combos.

How do you build a deck around I Am Salvation?  You only get two uses out of it.

But you only get two uses out of I Am Salvation.  You can't build a deck around that, it just doesn't work that way.  It's a great card to have for offenses that need access to limiting Lost Souls but building a deck around it is pointless.  It is a support card.

I Am Patience is a major part of Stonewall decks.  It + Ahimazz or Spy = pwn.

They also withdraw from battle.  If they withdraw from a rescue attempt it fails.  If a rescue attempt fails you get to use I am Patience.
