Thematic antagonists to a teal offense

I’d like to construct a Contender Deck that uses a teal offense but am at a bit of a crossroads with what the paired defense should be.

What would you all say is the best biblically thematic, viable antagonist/paired defense to a teal offense? Any suggestions for a Tabernacle, ST, and/or ZT priests offense are welcome.

Thanks!

Thematically I would say Brown's Rebellious Israelites were the antagonists to the Priests. There's also a handful of evil Priests, but probably not enough in the same brigade to create a cohesive defense.

People should know by now that anything I post this time of year is probably a subtle hint at things to come... ::)

I was hoping I’d hear something about evil priests being updated/reprinted. ;)

Potentially also Sadducees or Pharisees if you go strictly theologically without regard to the timeline. Although maybe it would be best if the offense was Herod's Temple priests.   :P

It’s a little more narrow due to one event but King Saul / Doeg is thematic and could work well with the brown rebellious Israelite theme.

Sadducees let you have more high priests available for U&T, which is always great.
