I’d like to construct a Contender Deck that uses a teal offense but am at a bit of a crossroads with what the paired defense should be.

What would you all say is the best biblically thematic, viable antagonist/paired defense to a teal offense? Any suggestions for a Tabernacle, ST, and/or ZT priests offense are welcome.

Thematically I would say Brown's Rebellious Israelites were the antagonists to the Priests. There's also a handful of evil Priests, but probably not enough in the same brigade to create a cohesive defense.

Potentially also Sadducees or Pharisees if you go strictly theologically without regard to the timeline. Although maybe it would be best if the offense was Herod's Temple priests.

It’s a little more narrow due to one event but King Saul / Doeg is thematic and could work well with the brown rebellious Israelite theme.

Sadducees let you have more high priests available for U&T, which is always great.
