Sites? Useless?

Haaaaa haha ha ha ha, ooh, he he, ha ha, ooh, he, aha, aha...

And I thought.... MY jokes were bad.

*ahem*

Well you can only have as many sites as you have lost souls, so 7 ls in a deck = 7 sites max.

However, some people will tell you mabye 4-5.... While I'll say that you should use the max amount (if your making a full blown site-lock defense at least). The best rule though is... Try different amounts in your decks, and adjust it until it feels right to you.

The most commonly seen ones are the following:

Hormah - If your human EC dies, you place it and the soul(s) in it under the deck. Great for hiding your souls.
Pergamum - Stops a commonly used Access site.
Babylonian Banquet Hall + Babylons - BBH can hold as many souls as there are babylonian sites in play. Meaning, 5 babylonian sites in play (including BBH) means you can stuff 5 souls in there.

If you have AIM, feel free to message me about site-locks, I've used nothing but Site-Lock for the past 6 months at least.

Also sites are an optional advanced rule...

What does that even mean?

If you read the inserts in Women's packs it introduces sites as an optional advanced rule (Like name on name or rescuer's choice.)

Ofcourse, Colin would be the only one who actually read those...

for instance, some people put, like, four Babylon sites in their deck along with one Babylonian Banquet Hall, so they can hold up to nine lost souls in sites at a time. Often the range of sites in a deck is from about 3 to 5.

I thought you could only put up to 3 of the same card in a type 1 deck? Has this rule changed in the last few years or is it still the max of 3 cards per type 1 deck? Which would mean you can only put three Babylon sites in your type 1 deck along with one Babylonian Baquet Hall; not 4.

Sites with no SA (Babylon for example) have only been limited by the number of Lost Souls in your deck for as long as I've been playing.

I looked through the REG and I guess you're right Brian. The limit of three is only for enhancements and characters without special abilities.  So if I had 7 lost souls in my deck I could have up to 7 babylon sites in my deck (assuming I have no other sites in my deck). Interesting!
