I would actually consider Tim's deck more oddball than any defense-heavy, hero-lite or heroless deck. How many other people used hand-control? I wasn't there, but I'm guessing not many.
I personally played two Genesis bases, and I saw at least 1 or two others in addition to Tim. Tim was unique defensively and it seems to be the difference.
I think it's a little controversial that they just made a bunch of cards that punish you for multiple brigades, and now they're making a card that advocates it. Anyone else feeling this?

IDK what decks you play, but demons are not a widely used strategy at all. Especially Panic Demons (though that might change soon)
