Honestly this years set is very good. Most of it is used but people will tell you the judges tin is the best for T1. (it's a speed tin)

If you play defense they Egyptians, Assyrians, and the babalonieas all got good bumps.

Definitely Angel Under the Oak, then Samuel. After that it gets sketchy. Probably Samuel's Edict, then Assyrian Siege Army, Assyrian Survivor, and Cherubim.
