This is the version of the deck I used last year after FoM released. I swapped a few things after MN States, but other than that it's been the same for some time now. I'm not going to Nats, but even if I was I wouldn't play T1 (*see below). I am, however, posting this in the hopes someone else wants to give it or something similar a try, especially with Nats coming right up, because I think it has a shot at placing or topping. If you want advice or explanations for my choices, I'm always good for that. I can post some stats and card MVPs later. 8)

That's a remarkably tiny EE package, what do your non-chump blocks usually look like? Keep throwing in fat ECs until they run out of battle winners?

Edit: Why not Chenaniah?

Some guy (PoP, Behemoth w/ Leviathan, or Leviathan) protected from Doms with an extra */12 defense (Warning & Today) and/or negate backup (Kinsmen's, Gam's Speech, Lurking, Woes, or Gates, or sometimes all of those) usually gets the job done. ML recurring Warning & Today is so good. Also, Leviathan always has one or both of the Job EEs.

Looks remarkably similar to what i was running at nats last year lol. Seems super solid, although I'd have to agree with Kevinthedude, the defense seems a little small for my tastes. Also, totally agree with the spoiler lol. Haven't played john's, but gabe stomped me at regionals.

It's literally the same with 1-3 card difference. I beat one but not the other thanks to luck and the 1 card difference, and that's coming from someone who knows exactly how to beat it. Woot! :P

If you can't beat it when you know what's coming what our those of us who couldn't make it to regionals going to do :o

No, should it?

EDIT: We're totally hijacking Josh's thread and should let him have it back

Josh's deck is amazing and one of two things I've faced that have given me fits with #Mayhem.dec **EDIT** Electric Boogaloo. Had I not gotten lucky and drawn my primary counter to Josh's plan while he couldn't find Three Woes for far too many turns, it could have been a much different story!

The speed with which this deck can set up is absolutely essential for top tier decks. The searching and recursion mean that Josh almost always has what he needs. It feels like a constant battle to keep Music Leader from doing his thing.

The defense may not look like much, but in the few games I've played against Josh this year it usually does the job. The offense is fast enough, and consistent enough that you only need to get a couple blocks. It's certainly capable of doing that and sometimes more.

When I got paired against Josh in round 2 of Regionals I knew I was getting one of my toughest matches of the day over with early!

This deck is so good...I've only played against Josh's version once and he thoroughly stomped my Flood Survivor deck (albeit after I used ANB a bit too early and aggressively, and then his redraw was far superior to mine  :P ).

I will say though that it is somewhat of a "technical" deck...part of what makes it so good is that Josh knows exactly how to pilot it for each situation.  8)

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?
