I'm still changing things a bit with this deck, but it's been working pretty well so far. Main combo is Epaphroditus with side battle stuff. Because of this, the defense has to be fairly bulky, so I'll probably want a bit more. Antediluvians are great for this though, as they have lots of recursion, and a side battle card of their own, which i have found to be incredibly useful. The 4 new antediluvians that were added in this set are AMAZING. They really boost the power of this defense, as well as giving a much needed speed boost. Corrupt earth is also very good for taking out hard to target cards, especially with lamech.
Antediluvians have many options when they are in a side battle, (Corrupt earth, Wickedness abounds, DoU, The Flood, Grapes) which all take out evil characters or heroes, making this the optimal choice for any side battle based offense.

Somethings I may to take out:
Women as snares - Doesn't work in side battle, so not as useful as I'd like her to be
Continuous Evil - Really only good if lamech and or Zillah get taken out. Eveyone else is pretty expendable and speed isn't really an issue on defense.
Wicked People - i just never use him.

Things i want to put in:
Babel - This in combination with coliseum is super strong. It can also be used for some extra speed if needed.
Treasures of war - Artifacts are annoying, and zillah can grab it from the reserve, so it seems like a good choice.
Fall of Man - give the oppoenet even fewer options in a side battle, an can be used as a battle winner if needed.
Hope - Interrupt and add to battle useable by 4 of my heroes, and a great hero for inish on the other side.

I don't have any of those three evil cards though, so I haven't actually tested them yet.
Anyways, hope you like this deck, and if you have any feed back, I'd love to hear it!

Sweet concept thanks for sharing

Are you clarifying you haven't tested those 3 cards or the deck at all?

Looks fun I want to try it :)

Hope seems like a great add since it's 0/12 for guaranteed initiative

Tubal-Cain to 4DC for a sneaky d4 on defense, I like it!  8)

Also, even though she doesn't trigger in side battles (similar to Women as Snares), I would still use Damsel in any Pale Green defense I build. The look/draw is just too strong to leave out in my mind.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Yes, I haven't tested those three at all. I've only been using this deck for a few days now. I ran it at a local friday night, 2w2l, changed it a bit Saturday and played against my friend who had a similar deck for 2w/2l again, although they were all really close (5/3,5/3,5/3,5/4), and I played two games on sunday against two different people and won both.
Hope is something I've considered, as it works on both sides, but I'm not sure it works quite as well in here as I'd like it to. I'll add that to the list of things to try out though!

Between Great White Throne and Eternal Covenant, it feels like you should never run short on Heroes so I might consider cutting one to add one more GE. Faith of Samuel seems like a pretty good candidate (also makes Daniel more effective).

Normally I would agree with you, but despite Epaps importance to the offense, he's not necessarily the hero you want turn 1, making GWT a better choice in my mind

I definitely agree GWT is important to help guarantee Epaps but I think I still by the principle that IaC is better than your worst hero in 90% of decks and would run both.

Keeping in mind Joy makes Epaph cbn ;)

What really is the purpose of Coliseum? Feels like Babel is strictly stronger for the same purpose and redundant with both. I can identify multiple cuts and cards that make this deck far more consistent.

Auto Gideon for example and Angel from the Sun cutting Daniel, Angel of the Winds, and Simeon. What is City of Enoch doing exactly besides being an R&D target or getting you one extra Antediluvian you could have got anyway some other way that serves more than only that purpose? Like perhaps Wages of Sin or Broken Covenant

No Coliseum allows you to play the best blocking enhancement in the game: Scattered - which your offense isn't afraid of.

I'm really trying to figure out your soul selection here.. War seems like a no brainer but maybe not..

What is Destruction soul doing for you?

By the way you may find Hope and Cloud of Witnesses with Faith of Gideon to be your best friend in this offense ;)

Oh boy, theres a lot here.  ;D

1) good point, I'll probably try this as well
2) Having both coliseum and Bable shuts down a lot of possibilities for them. It's just extra power, though it may be overkill. again, I haven't played with bable yet.  :dunno:
3) Auto gideon is too splashy for me, especially in a meta that really punishes splash. AftS is a good option, but I'd only use him for justin. Daniel is my substitute for cloud of witnesses, because I like him better than CoW because he can grab back visions as well as FoG (I actually played with CoW for a few games, but didn't like it that much) AotW can grab anyone. I just like the versatility. Simeon is the best band i could find for paul. He's another green hero, and he has a great protect, as well as being cbn. Better than Seraph, Claudia, or Leaders imo. City of enoch gives extra speed in two ways: grabs an EC, then i can discard it with corrupt people/Continuous evil to grab something else. Wages is too splashy for my tastes, and I just personally don't like BC enough to use it. I used it for a while in the past, but it never seemed good enough to use it more than once in almost any game i played
4) good point, I do love scattered! One nice thing about both scattered and coliseum is if i think one is more useful that the other, i can discard it with corrupt people/Continuous evil for more seraching
5) Yeah, that probably is a better idea than the destruction soul. I just found there were a lot of placed enhancements that were annoying, and i had an open soul slot.
6) HSR is something i may consider taking out. It's really stong though, and super easy to grab with tubal-cain whenever i want. Agree with WaS, but i really like disobedience. It's a recurable negate! Although, I always like running my decks to be very negate heavy, so take that for what it's worth.

Thanks for the suggestions, and I'll definitely try a bunch of these!

Joy only makes Epaphras CBN if he enters battle to reactivate after Joy is placed on him. That’s usually not going to be who you want to rescue with.
Have you visited the Land of Redemption today?
