BoM is still booming

Let's talk Moses. Is a type of BoM deck still good? Do people still play Moses in decks? Well let's find out. I built a BoM deck a few weeks back and it was one of those decks that you know is just great! So let's dive on in.

Deck 50, Reserve 10.
(Souls 7)
"Humble"
"Wicked"
"Remnant"
"Hunter"
"Exiles"
"Lawless"
"Awake"

(Doms 7)
SoG
TSC
AotL
3 woes
VoDB
Harvest Time
Shipwreck

(Support 4)
Book of the Covenant (PoC)
Captured Ark (LR)
Cov with Abraham (PoC)
Coliseum

(Heros 10)
Moses(CoW)
Moses' parents
AotW
AutO
Gideon (CoW)
Captive Priest
Aaron, God's Mediator
Zadok (PoC)
Phinehas, Son of Eleazar (FoM)
Jeremiah, Hope Bringer

(GEs 7)
Faith
Faith of Moses
Faith of Gideon
Plague of darkness
Eli's Sound Advice
Offering your Son
The Emmaus Road

(DAE 1)
Delivered

(EEs 5)
Hypocrisy (EC)
Confusion (CoW)
Scattered
DoU
SSS

(ECs)
Foreign wives
Nebby (TxP)
Deluders
Simon the Magician
The Egyptian Rebel
The Amalekites' Slave
The Serpent
Messenger of Satan (EC)
Silly Women (PC)

(Reserve)
AwtSN
Faith of Samuel
HSR (K)
I am Creator
You Will Remain
Eternal Covenant
Oath of Purity
City of Refuge
Babel
Aliens (Crimson/Gold

Summary:
Ok so the main thing I'm trying to do with this deck is to get T1 Moses and HSR, and much like Gabe's BoM (Because of Moses) deck the offense is built around Moses, I also put in a bunch of consistency cards to help guarantee I get Moses t1.

A lot of people might say it's not fast enough but it doesn't have to be fast because it's consistent.
And it doesn't matter if your opponent's deck is faster than yours because if they can't search or play TC enhancements they can't do much of anything.

The Lost Souls I chose for this deck are mainly for consistency, Humble and Wicked because they work though Moses.

If I were to play this deck in a tournament I would probably switch Harvest Time for Falling away(W) or CotK, I just like seeing people's faces when I play Harvest Time on them.

If anyone has any thoughts or questions feel free to pitch in, input is always appreciated

Thank you for sharing! - Really interesting approach. I also tried to get CoW Moses running several times - with no success yet. Tried Exodus and Musicians (I like themes  ;D) - while I'd prefer Exodus though.

Just read through the deck list - so did not check for consistency during play. But how do you deal with opponents' 3 Woes (exept Oath)? Or how do you deal with decks that get a considerable part of their speed out of attacking/blocking (like Flood, Throne, Postexilic)?

Also since I never used Harvest Time myself nor played against it: Is there sth. special with that Dom during BCs? Or can opponent still block after a BC which was declined and you play it after the decline? IMO then opponent can still decide to block (well of cours it is nice when you are just waiting for a final soul for your SoG/2nd Coming - but for those you then need 1 additional Dom).

Seems Deluders is an underrated or underplayed card these days ...  ;)

My opponent would have to have 3 Woes pretty early for me to worry about it, and if they do get it early there's not much you can do about it,  a great card to add that I completely forgot about while building the deck is
Pharaoh's Daughter, it gives your Moses CBP or gives you another evil gold character to play Delivered on.
As for as how it competes with the faster offenses, like Throne, Flood, Etc, it really depends on who goes first
I haven't tested it a ton but from the games I have it performed really well.
I even built a illegal throne deck to test against it, pretty much what it did is take the second place deck from nationals and added Samuel & AutO, mainly to see how ridiculously fast it would be, but also to test it against BoM I played 3 games against it went first twice the games I went first I got Moses & HSR, and completely shut it down for 2 or 3 turns and that's all you need to win.

If you make a bc and give opponent a option to decline and they decline then bc is over. The thing I like with Harvest Time is if your opponent used DOU or SSS you can play Harvest time to pretty much rescue a free Lost soul.
I think deluders should be in almost every crimson defense.

Yep, P.'s Daughter I had in all my Exodus variants too. And also true: Harvest Time is nice for DoU and SSS (while it fails against Banquett and cards which protect LS from rescue).

As mentioned above: You can also deal with 3 Woes by using Oath: When he gets bounced Woes loses him as target then you can put him in territory directly again and Woes cannot target him since after it lost its target (no longer in play) it cannot readjust automatically (due to game rules - at least this is how I understand it - but you can check at discord or in the rules section, IMO it was asked there already).

Maybe also Moses' Staff would be a considerable card for this deck.

I would not recommend going all in on the soul shuffling theme on defense. There are so many more commonly played counters now than  Gabe had to deal with in 2016. Also, no more liner abuse.

That is true, but they will still get blocks, not a lot of people are running Guardian, and Wicked/Humble helps them go through more often than not.
With that being said, I could see the benefits of cutting one and adding something like Dissension in Antioch, especially with all the banding going around.

Hi I Am Bread, what are the cards with abbreviations VoDB, AwtSN, and HSR? I have figured out the rest. Thanks.
